Yoom - How to Sync Menu from Lightspeed Online Products

To manage your menu in Lightspeed Online Products, please follow this guide.

Once you are happy with the preview in Lightspeed Online Products, you can sync these changes by following these steps.

1. Login to the Yoom Dashboard (https://admin.yoom.com.au/).
2. Select the menu tab on the left (third from the bottom).
3. Click the edit button next to your menu.
4. Click the "Kounta" tab up the top.
5. Select "Refresh Status" to check if another user has initiated a menu sync
6. If "No Kounta Menu Build In Progress" appears below the refresh button, then select "Copy Menu from Kounta"
7. Press the black cross in the top right hand corner

The menu sync can take around 20 minutes depending on how many products you have in POS. Once the sync has completed, it will automatically upload to your store front - you may need to refresh your browser for the change to take effect.
