Creating Percentage Surcharge and Discount Price Lists
Percentage Surcharge and Percentage Discount Price Lists allow you to automatically adjust prices based on specific conditions. This feature is commonly used for:
By using price lists, price changes can be applied automatically without manually editing individual products.
How to Create a Percentage Surcharge or Discount Price List
Step 1: Go to Price Lists

From the navigation menu, select My Site.

Click Price Lists.

Click Create Price List.

Step 2: Choose the Price List TypeSelect one of the following options:

Percentage Surcharge
-
Percentage Discount

Step 3: Choose How the Price List AppliesYou can decide which items the surcharge or discount will apply to:
All products & option sets
Applies the surcharge or discount to all products and their option sets.
Selected POS categories
Applies the surcharge or discount only to products within selected POS categories, including their linked option sets.
Tagged products
Applies the surcharge or discount only to products that have specific tags assigned to them.
This gives you flexibility to control which items are affected.

Step 4: Enter the Percentage

For Percentage Surcharge, enter the value in the Surcharge Amount field.

For Percentage Discount, enter the value in the Discount Amount field.

Step 5: Save or Schedule the Price ListYou have two options:
Save Price List
Saves the price list without a schedule.
The price list will appear under the Unscheduled tab, and you can apply a schedule later by clicking + Add Schedule.
Save & Schedule Price List
Allows you to immediately set when the price list should be active (e.g. specific days, dates, or times).
After saving or scheduling the price list:
Manually sync your POS, or Use Sync Registers from the Back Office
Scheduling Price Lists
Scheduling a Price List allows you to automatically apply pricing changes at specific times and only when needed. This helps ensure discounts or surcharges run correctly without manual intervention.
To schedule a Price List:
Once you click Save & schedule price list, select an option to choose your preferred schedule for when the price list should run:
- No repeat: Runs once on the designated start and finish date. Choose whether to apply the price list for all day or during a block of time only.
- Everyday: Runs daily, either for all day or within a block of time only.
- Weekly: Runs on selected days of the week. Choose whether to apply the price list all day or during a block of time on those days.
- Multiple dates: Runs on selected dates, with the option to apply the price list either for the entire day or during a block of time only on those dates.
- Click Schedule price list to apply your changes.

- Drag and drop the price list into your desired order to manage priority.

- Manually sync your POS or sync registers from Back Office.
