How to Update Product Status on Kiosk
Updating a product’s status to NEW, POPULAR, or SOLD OUT on the Kiosk follows the same process as updating it on the POS. These status labels help customers easily identify new items, popular choices, or products that are currently unavailable.
Steps to Update Product Status
On the POS, press and hold the product item.
Select the desired status:

Once updated, the selected status will be shown on the product to clearly indicate its availability or promotion.

Sync the Changes to the Kiosk
Make sure the Kiosk is logged in and connected to the Master POS.
Perform a Master Sync from the Master POS iPad.

If the Changes Are Not Reflected on the Kiosk
If the product status does not update on the kiosk, try the following:
On the kiosk, tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Connection.
Tap Sync to manually refresh the kiosk data.

Notes
Product status updates must be synced from the Master POS.
A stable internet connection is required for the sync to complete successfully.
If the issue persists, restarting the kiosk app is recommended.
