Adding Company Details to Your Receipt in Abacus POS
In Australia, businesses are generally required to include their company information on receipts. This usually includes details such as the company address, contact number, and ABN or ACN. To ensure your receipts contain this information, you can update the Invoice Receipt printing template in Abacus POS.
Below are the steps to add your company details to the receipt layout.
Update the Invoice Receipt printing template
-
Go to the printing templates section and locate the template named Invoice Receipt.
-
Click the pencil icon on the right side to edit the template.

-
In the template editor, add the following placeholders to the top:
[company_address]
Tel: [company_phonenumber]
ABN: [company_registration]
Press save after making the changes

Apply the changes to the POS
After saving the template, make sure to do a Master sync from the Master POS to get the update.
Printing your company logo
If you would also like your logo to appear on receipts, upload it in Company Profile > Logo.
After that, please also add the placeholder logo to the top of the invoice receipt above. For all the placeholder available, please tap on the placeholder lists here:

Once uploaded, perform a Master Sync so the logo and updated receipt template are reflected on the POS. After these steps, your receipts should display the company details and logo according to the updated template.
