How to Snooze Products in Bite Online Ordering
We recommend managing product availability directly from your Lightspeed POS by marking items as Sold Out. When the product is available again, you can simply enable it back in Lightspeed, and the change will be reflected in the Bite portal automatically.
However, in some cases, you may need to snooze products directly from the Bite Back Office, especially if your site is not using POS integration and is operating in standalone mode.
How to Snooze Products from Bite Back Office
Step 1: Log in to Bite Back Office
Access the Bite Back Office using the link below:
https://auth.bitebusiness.com/login
Step 2: Open Snooze Catalog

Go to Settings

Select Business Settings
-
Click the View link under Snooze Catalog

Step 3: Snooze the Selected Products

Find the product you would like to snooze

Click Snooze on the selected product

Confirm the change
The product will now be unavailable for online ordering.

Important Notes

If your store is integrated with Lightspeed POS, we strongly recommend snoozing products from Lightspeed by marking them as Sold Out, as this ensures better sync and consistency.

The Menu > Snooze section in Bite is to show the snoozed products list.

Changes may take a short time to sync across all online ordering channels.
