Setting Up Holiday Closures in Bite Online Ordering
If you would like to set up holiday closures in Bite Online Ordering (for example, during the Christmas period), you can do this directly from the Bite Back Office by following the steps below.
Add a Holiday Closure

Log in to your Bite Back Office account.

Click on the Hours section.

Go to Special, make sure to select the correct site and select Add Special Day.
Choose the date you would like to close Bite online ordering.
This setting will repeat every year by default.
The selected date will be added to the list. If no specific time is set, the store will be closed for the full 24 hours by default.
Helpful Notes

Use this feature for Public Holidays or recurring annual closures.

If you only need to close for a few hours, consider using other temporary closure (Busy Mode via Pause button) instead.

Please allow a short time for changes to sync across your online ordering site.
