Schedule an Automatic Sales Report via Email
If you’d like to receive a daily summary of your sales via email, you can schedule a sales report directly from the POS back office. This allows you to review your daily performance without needing to manually generate the report each time.
Follow the steps below to set this up.
Step 1
Log in to your back office and go to:
Reports → Sales → Scheduling Report
Step 2
Click New Schedule to create a new scheduled report.
Step 3
Fill in the required details:

Type – Select the report you would like to receive, for example Daily Sales Report.

Currency – Choose the currency used for your site.

Receiver – Enter the email address where the report should be sent.

Receive Time – Select the time you would like the report to be delivered each day.
Note
The report will include sales starting from the Start Trading Time up to the Receive Time you selected.
You can check or adjust the Start Trading Time under:
Configuration → Company Profile
If a Start Trading Time has not been set, the report will include sales from midnight until the scheduled receive time.
