Setting Minimum Spend for Online Orders

Setting Minimum Spend for Online Orders

By default, the minimum spend for orders placed through the online ordering website is set to $1. This means customers must reach at least this amount before they can complete their order.

If needed, you can update the minimum spend to better suit your business. For example, you may want to apply different minimum amounts depending on the order type, such as delivery, pickup/takeaway, or dine-in.

How to update the minimum spend

Follow these steps to change the minimum spend value:

  1. Go to Online Ordering

  2. Click Configuration

  3. Scroll down to the Minimum Spend section

  4. Enter the amount you want to set

  5. Click Save to apply the changes

Once saved, the updated minimum spend will apply to orders placed through your online ordering website.

Here is the example, put $100 for the Dine In and the customer tries to place a dine-in order below $100, a pop-up message will appear on the online ordering page informing them that the minimum spend is $100
