Updating Online Gift Card Landing Page

When setting up your Online Gift Card page in Abacus, you may notice a default message showing on the landing page such as:

“The Perfect Foodie Gift for Every Occasion!”
“Get the gift of food delivery for yourself or a friend!”



This is the default header and subheader that will appear if no custom text has been entered.

How to Update the Header & Subheader

You can easily customise this content from the back office:

  1. Go to Loyalty Marketing

  2. Click on Online Gift Card Settings

  3. Scroll to:

    • Enter Header text here

    • Enter Subheader text here

  4. Input your preferred wording

  5. Click Save


What Happens After Saving?

  • Once you click Save, the changes will be reflected immediately on your online gift card page

  • No additional publishing or syncing is required


Tips

  • Keep the header short and catchy (e.g. promotional message)

  • Use the subheader to provide more context or encourage purchases

  • You can update this anytime for seasonal campaigns (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.)
